Large equipment like car lifts ships via freight carrier on a flatbed or LTL truck. You are responsible for unloading the equipment at delivery. A forklift or equivalent equipment is required. The driver is not permitted to wait during manual unloading. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule delivery.
Currently we ship within the continental United States only. For inquiries about shipments outside the 48 contiguous states please contact us directly.
We offer a 30-day return policy on qualifying products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us at Support@elitegaragetools.com or (833) 724-8902 to initiate a return.

The right lift depends on your ceiling height, vehicle weight, and intended use. Most residential garages with standard 10 to 12 ft ceilings work well with a 2-post or 4-post lift. Yes. All products include manufacturer warranty coverage. Coverage varies by brand: Katool includes 1-year parts warranty plus 3-year structural warranty on vehicle lifts. AMGO includes 5-year structural, 3-year hydraulic, and 2-year electrical coverage. Tuxedo and iDEAL include 5-year structural and 1-year parts warranty.
